Delivery time

Our most common delivery times is vary depending on the location to deliver. Delivery to any country will take the maximum of 30 days. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are stated if there are out-of-stock products in the shopping cart, and we will also inform you of any possible delays immediately after ordering.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect disadvantages caused by delays. The online store informs about deviating delivery times on its website.


Cancellation Policy


Right of cancel


You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the last delivery of the goods or, in the case of downloadable products, from the date of receipt of the order.

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in an unequivocal manner (for example, by letter sent by post or by e-mail). You may also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send your notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation


If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will reimburse you using the payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any event without incurring any costs for the reimbursement.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have given your notification of withdrawal. The deadline shall be met if you send back the goods before the expiry of that 14-day period.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods that results from handling other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


Unclaimed package


Unclaimed packages are not the same as returned or cancelled. We will charge you for delivery costs for packages that are not claimed and for which no separate cancellation notice has been made.


Problem situations


If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section or by calling the telephone number mentioned in the page called: contact. If the package is clearly damaged in transport, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company you have chosen.
