Ostosmahti's webstore Ordermight.com sells products to private persons. Ostosmahti is not subject to VAT, because Ostosmahti's returns do not exceed VAT liability in Finland. Ostosmahti pays taxes to another countries in case -by -case basis.
VAT percent is noticed to be 0% in payment process and here. That is so because Ostosmahti -Company has not exceeded the threshold for VAT liability.
Delivery Methods and Costs
There is a same delivery method used to all orders. Its name is the "Strandard Delivery" and its free. Thats because currently delivery costs are included in prices. Delivery Time
There is a same delivery time estimation used to all orders. That is 1-30 Days, Including the all countries where delivery is available.
Products has also shipped very quickly so you do not need to wait shipping too long.
Return Policy
Right to Cancelling an order
You have a right to cancel this agreement in 14 days without giving a reason. After 14 days when the last bast of goods are received or with downloading products at the time of receipt of the order.
For Using a cancelling right you has to notify to us your decision of cancelling agreement in an unambiguous manner (For example by letter or by email).
Enaught to Comply deadline is enought that you send your notification of using a right of cancelling before ending of the deadline.
Effects of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will reimburse you using the payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any event without incurring any costs for the reimbursement.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have given your notification of withdrawal. The deadline shall be met if you send back the goods before the expiry of that 14-day period.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods that results from handling other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Unclaimed Package
Leaving a package without claiming it is not the same than return or cancellation. Unclaimed pakages which has not been made the separete cancellation notice, we charge the delivery costs.
Problematic Situations
If Product has been disappeared or harmed during the transportation or it does not meet your order otherwise then you has to notify of that error within 14 days by a written notice to some of contacts which are notified in contact page.
